What is the area like? Both Ship Bottom and neighboring Brant Beach offer a quiet family atmosphere.
Is the Villa right on the ocean? Our Villa is located merely 30 paces from the beach and boasts amazing views of the ocean from our two upper level decks. There are also beautiful dune views from our front porch and private patio area on the lower level.
Is there easy access to the beach? Yes, there is a dune walk just steps away from our driveway.
How old is this beach Villa? Originally built in 1919, this villa still has all of it's original charm, but have been completely updated and modernized with brand new appliances, windows, and cabinets. Our Villa is continually maintained to ensure a clean and functional living environment.
Is the villa kept clean? Our villa is exceptionally clean. Please refer to our Photos page for a first hand look at the villa's condition. The villa is professionally cleaned at the end of each week.
Do you have Air Conditioning? Yes, there is a combination of wall and window air conditioning units on both floors.
Do you provide a blender, icemaker, and glasses ? Yes, a blender and icemaker are just two of the many appliances that are offered in our villa. Please refer to our Amenities page for more details.
What size are the beds? The lower level has a Queen and a Full sized bed, as well as a Queen sized sofa bed. The upper floor has a King, a Queen, and 2 single beds, as well as 2 Queen sized sofa beds.
Do you allow pets? No, we do not allow pets at the Villa, and the township does not allow pets on the beach.
Is there a good view from the house? Yes, there are excellent views of the ocean from both the front deck and the rear picnic deck and great views from both the media room and play room.
When is the best time to make our reservations? Each and every year, the prime weeks are being booked earlier and earlier. We recommend securing reservations for In-Season weeks ASAP.
What should we bring? Please bring all linens, towels, soaps and paper goods. Please refer to our Amenities page for more information.
Do you rent for weekends? We occasionally rent weekends in the off season. Please call us for availability.
How early can we check in? Check out time is 11 am. The villa can be ready for our next guest in about 2-3 hours. We generally have new guests checked in by 2 pm.
Are there outside eating areas? Yes, each floor has an outside deck or patio with gas grills for barbequing.
